Application:
This capping machine is designed for handling plastic screw cap, snap hinge cap, click-loc cap and flex band cap for round/ oval/ square shape containers. One or two capping head are available according to customer speed requirement. For Automatic one head capping machine, capping speed could be from 30 bottles to 40 bottles per minute.

1. Machine main construction by Stainless Steel #304.
2. Top press and screw type capping.
3. PLC+ touch screen control system.
4. Capping head (for one size only) with variable speed AC motor.
5. Equipped with one set of Automatic Cap Feeder and Inserter (for one cap size)
6. No cap, machine auto stop and alarm.

Option:
1. Bottle star wheel for another bottle size
2. Capping head for another size of cap
